wild chocolate: A Letter to the Developer Community

Is it kismet this has been on my mind since this afternoon?

How do you grow, as a community, in the right ways… How do you garner the attention of peers - with respect? This obviously applies across the board; even the excellent adoption of Cocoa can feel itself in check by this kind of repport. How can STEM lead the world when these things are still problematic?
